                     it's simple .it is happen for only airtel users only..

STEP 1-connect to Airtel internet in your pc using pc suite or any internet connectivity options(WITH MINIMUM BALANCE AS PER AS HAVE AIRTEL)
STEP 2-put the proxy which is given the list below
              proxy: ihide.info
              port   : 80
STEP 3-put Apn-airtelgprs.com(select in mobile office or Airtel internet setting)
STEP 4-Homepage:
                                  203.115.112.5
                                  203.115.112.27
                                  202.46.201.112
                                  121.241.248.6
                      
                                           use any of the homepage will work in your state.then go to ihide.info .then u will get a proxy site which contains a url box.then enter www.youtube.com or what ever link you want to browse.....
